Refund policy

 

We hope that you love your purchase, but if you do not for some reason, we have a 5-day return policy. You have 3 days from the delivery date of shipped items and for pick-up orders, 3 days after the pick-up order was placed.

PRE-ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE


We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.


Items eligible for return will receive a store credit only. Shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Returns:
~Return items must be in their new, original condition, with tags still attached. 

~Returns must be unwashed, unaltered, no make-up stains, no deodorant stains, free of animal hair, free of all odors including smoke, perfume, and pet odor.
~Items that are final sale, discounted items, and items purchased with a discount code are not eligible for an in-store credit. 
~All sales are FINAL on hats, jewelry, accessories, hats, leggings, bra letters, and eyewear
~Shoes must be returned in their original box and inside the original shipping box or package without any damage to the shoe box. No shipping labels can be attached to the shoe box.
~ Gift cards are non-refundable


*We ask that you please look over your order as soon as you get it to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. If you received a damaged item, we ask that you notify us with 3 days of delivery. 

*We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage. 


*Exact colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary.


Exchanges can be made for selectable variants if the item is still in stock. Once the exchange item is received, we will process and ship your exchange size. Your size is not held until the exchange process is complete. If the item is unavailable, you will receive store credit for the amount of purchase, minus shipping costs. 

Orders cannot be canceled once they have begun processing. We will do our best to assist you. 


Processing Time For Returns:

~Please allow for 3-7 business days for processing once the item is received. 
~Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know it has been done. 
 
If you are returning or exchanging an item, please include your name, your order number, and if you would like a store credit or an exchange.
